is Black Saturday April 11, 2009 will be a special non-working holiday? Please respond. Thank you very much and more power to this site.
could anyone confirm to me if it is true that Pres. Gloria changed the status of December 24 from a special non-working holiday into a non-working “half day” only? because our so-called “HRD staff” is arguing with me that it was according to the news just recently that the said special nonworking holiday was changed. HOpe that you could help me. Thanks and happy holidays!
