Atty. Pamaos honed his legal skills in two of the leading Law Firms in the country - Picazo Buyco Tan Fider and Santos Law Offices, and Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon and San Jose Law Offices. His six-year stint with these two large law firms enabled Atty. Pamaos to gain valuable experience in commercial, criminal and civil litigation, as well as in corporate and banking law. In addition, Atty. Pamaos also served as the Head of the Legal Department of a Makati-based real estate company.

In particular, Atty. Pamaos had extensive experience in dealing with banking and quasi-banking corporations and their myriad concerns, including credit collection, credit card merchants and cardholders, deposits and investments concerns, special projects, foreclosure proceedings and due diligence. In corporate law, aside from dealing with various housekeeping concerns of corporations, he has extensive experience in corporate rehabilitation. He also had extensive experience in the labor practice area, as well as in litigating before various quasi-judicial and administrative bodies.

Atty. Pamaos' exposure both to general law practice and his experience and expertise in the specialized fields of banking and corporate law bring an added dimension to the Firm.

Atty. Pamaos is also a product of the University of the Philippines, having obtained his Bachelor in Political Science (cum laude) and Bachelor of Laws Degrees from the State University. He is now a Supervising Lawyer at the UP College of Law Office of Legal Aid (OLA), wherein he was selected as the Most Outstanding Law Intern during his student days.
