I just wanted to ask what should we do our babies father.

To make my story short, this guy is an american(mix black and white) jackson mechigan U.s.a. his origin. He’s first visit in philippines last 2003. I met him last 2007 when my first came in cebu to continue my studies. Now, we been lovers for eight months before i got pregnant to him while i’m still at studies that time. Three months When i learned that i’m pregnant and i informed him right that time. When my due is coming he went back to states and no communications at all since he blocked me from my emails. So i lost hope that time. My child was born and When my child turned into three months he came back to us. Now i had him after my baby got one year he open up his real status that not just only my child he had in philippines he got four boys in states and five girls in philippines in different mothers including my child(youngest among the rest). I never ever asked him a money for support to us, i just until he give me. Now the problem is all babies mother he had include me we want to file case for child support. His typically arrogant guy tough and dominant. My question is there’s a chance that american government will give support for the babies? Though their father can’t stand up the responsibilities. I don’t know if the american embassy will give time these problems? What was the the heavy supporting documents aside DNA?

Good Day, I just want to know regarding about that topic. I am a illegitimate child. Before I was taken by my mother I used my fathers surname but my mother changed it. Since I was in elementary I’m using my moms surname when I graduated I try to get a new copy of my Birth Certificate at NSO and then I just found out that I’m just using my mother’s surname but it is placed at the middle name and I don’t have a surname.What shall I do?As of now I am already married and I’m using my husband surname. Is it ok that I’ll just let my birth certificate like that, because i already had a surname or i still need to switch the entry of my surname which had been place at the middle name?..I’m waiting for your reply..Thank you and Godbless..

What do i need to do to get my daughter’s surname into mine? Me and my partner got separated due to misunderstandings and family conflict. I did not know that when we separated, she was carrying my child. She decided to have our daughter named after her then boyfriend’s surname because they were planning to get married anyway. It was also because her parents influenced her to use her boyfriend’s surname as well. Their relationship did not work out and they did not get married. I found out about my daughter and eventually worked things out for us to be reunited. Everything’s okay now and we are planning to get married next year (2012). My daughter still carries that person’s surname today and we want to change it into mine before or after we get married. Please advise. thank you so much…

Can i change my surname? I’m an illegitimate child. Unknown po ang nakasulat na father ko sa birth-certificate ko, though i am sometimes financially supported by my biological father. He is a Filipino by blood but before i was born, na-approve po yung application niya sa US at naging american citizen afterwards. He tried to claim me daw po sa embassy para maging citizen din pero sad to say, hindi xah recognized bilang father ko sa birth-certificate ko. May habol ba ako sa financial support kahit american citizen na xah??Can i change my surname and put his name in my birth-certificate.

1) Can I write down the father’s name on the hospital’s birth certificate even without the presence of the father of the child?

2) By putting his name, does that mean an acknowledgement from him?

3) We agreed (documented) that he’ll acknowledge the child, but I won’t allow to use his surname. Is that possible?

4) Can I ask for his monthly support in court since his name is on the birth certificate? (even without his presence when the certificate was filled out)

5) He also promised a monthly support (documented) but we didn’t have any communication as of this writing. Can I use it in court, if necessary?

Also I have supported my child since she was born, and now the mother waste the money I send her and dont take care of my child. She is not being responsible with my child or the money I send.

The mother likes to go drinking with her friends and getting drunk. I have asked her several times to stop drinking, but she dont. Her drinking is causing neglect with my daughter.

The last time I sent money, 700 dollars, to the mother was to pay for the apartment, water, electric and my daughters tuition, but she used the money to go drinking with her friends. She has since lost the apartment cause she didnt pay rent and I dont know their living conditions now. I didnt know that she was not paying the rent until I arrived at my apartment in the Philippines when I discovered the mother not there and the water and lights was off. She had been lying for all month telling me everything is fine.

My question is how can I get custody of my child and bring my child to the states to live with me. I dont trust the mother, because if she will not maintain our home, and pay my daughters tuition then she will not make good decision for my child.

hi! i am currently applying for a passport, sss id, etc. and i have to submit documents to support my application. however my brother and i have a problem..we’re using our father’s surname since elementary until now that i am working. i have a birthcertificate issued by our municipal registrar..however when i requested for an authenticated birthcertificate from the national statistics office, i was surprised that i don’t have a name and last name on my certificate.. i do have my middle name (my mother’s maiden name) on it. Turns out i am an illegitimate child. when i tried to fix it NSO stated that the municipal registrar failed to pass our birthcertificate signed by our dad before he died. They were not legally married.

My mom’s married now and they had two kids, she was now using her new husband’s last name, but we’re not using his. Instead we’re going to use her maiden’s name.

We want to fix our birthcertificate issued in NSO,

My question is where should we put her maiden’s name in our birtcertificate, in middle name or in last name? dpt ba wala kami middle name. and ung apelyido nia sa pagkadalaga ang ilalagay nmin sa last name nmin? hope you could give me a concrete answer. thanks

I just want to know if it’s possible to use the surname of the father directly on the birth certificate even if the father is not around during delivery.

We are not married but he acknowledges our 2nd unborn baby. He’s always out of town so he wont be able to be with me when I give birth. We spent a lot on our first child because the hospital did not use his surname on the birth certificate. It was already submitted to the Civil registry so we had to file for AUSF.

Is it possible not to file for AUSF anymore and just place the surname of the father right away? We will just submit it when he arrives home for him to sign at the back of the birth certificate. Is that valid?

Nabuntis po ako ng may asawa ngayon po 3months na po ang baby ko pero hindi pa din siya registered ayaw po pumirma ang kanyang father hanggang ngayon, tinatakot niya ako na nakademanda daw po siya kasi daw may nag message sa asawa niya sa facebook na may kaaffair siya,nagsimula lang niya itong sabihin mula nun nanganak ako ngayon daw po sabi niya may subpoena daw siya, nakaharang daw po siya sa NSO na kapag may lumabas na kapangalan niya ang fathers name eh ipapatanggal daw po siya sa trabaho tinatakot niya ko.
