A.M. "A.M. No. 03-03-13-SC.- Re: Rules on Administrative Procedure on Sexual Harassment Cases and Guidelines for Proper Work Decorum in the Judiciary.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the (a) Letter dated July 13, 2006 of Presiding Justice Teresita J. Leonardo-de Castro, Sandiganbayan, submitting a copy of Administrative Order No. 103-2006 in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 5-2006 issued by Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban; and (b) Aforesaid copy of Administrative Order No. 103-2006, entitled Creation and Establishment of a Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) in the Sandiganbayan."
