Atty. Garcia obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, Major in Legal Management, at the University of Santo Tomas. He finished his Bachelor of Laws degree at San Sebastian – Recoletos de Manila College of Law.

Atty. Garcia is an important addition to JLP’s Litigation and Labor Department, with specialization in Labor, Family and Election laws. His legal experience is supplemented by a considerable exposure to U.S. jurisprudence.
