		<description>Prior to 2003 dual natinality was not allowed under Philippines law..so any filipino who acquired a foreign nationality prior to this has to re-swear alligiance.

But what about filipinos who acquired a foreign nationality after the dual nationality law was enacted...as dual nationality was allowed do they have to re-swear allegiance to the Philippines</description>
