I would like to be enlightened with this issue regarding regularization of a probationary employee. I was hired in a call center last april 16, 2007 so my regularization would fall on oct. 16, 2007. My supervisor submitted his recommendation for my regularization on 0ct. 17, 2007. Was the recommendation late? Should I be regularized by default? Am I subject to salary increase/ adjustments?
Please emlighten me with this.
