Hi Atty.,

additional info, my husband is also into drugs, for a year and half he's been abandoning me and my child and i am not physically abuse but verbally. no financial support from him since i left out of country and i get the child from his parents. with his adultery i have no proof of them being together but i know he'd been having an affair. i caught his cellular phone once with the message of a woamn. i am still young i want to live a happy life without him. thank you and God bless attorney.

Hi Atty.

I am nearing the end of my 6 months probationary period. However, I do not wish to renew my contract with them (even if they offer regularization). Do I need to write a formal notification on my 5th month? I am worried that if I don't notify them they would tell me to serve another 30-days for turn-over.. I am willing to finish my contract with them but do not wish to extend.

Also, since I just worked for them for 6-months, will I be able to get the taxes which they witheld along with my final pay?

Thanks!

I'm a mother of two. My eldest daughter is 3yrs old and youngest daughter is 11months old. My marriage is falling apart. My husband filled an annulment. As per the papers handed to me by his lawyers, as soon as they found out that I have a boyfriend my husband will get full custody of the kids. Do I have a counter for this? What are the things I need to ask (like a list) of things I need to consider for present and future support for the kids? I don't have any clue of what are the things I need to ask as a support. I don't earn that much compare to him who earns much much bigger than I, do I have a right to asked for financial assistance for utilities and groceries? How yaya? I need to work and I don't have family here in manila. Should I demand for a yaya for the kids knowing that he is so capable of providing one?

Dear Atty,

Can you please help me with this concern? Can a person name his live-in partner as his beneficiary for his insurance benefits and the like, in case of his death?..For instance, the person stated in his card/contract the name of his live-in partner, will the court honor this?..

Thank you and hoping to hear from you soon.

I am married with one child. I am currently filing for annulment. I want to change my surname and my son's surname. We are currently using my ex husband's name. I am currently in Saudi while my son is in the Philippines. I want our names to be changed before migrating to Australia. Please tell me what to do.

Thank You
