Allow me to share some situation that I had. I am marraige with one child for almost 7 years ago. After 2 years from the date of my marraige, we are separated form my legal wife for some reason woth her without my concern. I have nothing to do as husband because financially I am not estable. Now, we are 5 years separated from each other without communication because of the reason that she have a new family with thier child also. My status now is separated but without the concerned from the court. In short, I am marraige in the eyes of our Laws. Now, I am planning to make this marraige be annulled. What steps would I make for this?
